How Our Screening Works

Scoring

Each candidate is scored 0-100 across three dimensions: technical skills (CV analysis, GitHub activity, skills assessment), experience depth (years, role progression, project complexity), and communication quality.

Matching

We scan 9+ job platforms daily to identify which profiles the market needs. We then source and evaluate candidates that match these demand signals, ensuring our catalog reflects real hiring needs.

Anonymization

All profiles are fully anonymized before being shown to companies. No names, photos, or company logos. This reduces hiring bias and protects candidates who may be job-seeking confidentially.

Our Approach to Technology

We use AI as a tool to screen and match candidates faster. Here's how we keep it fair:

  • --Technology assists, humans decide. Our screening tools score and rank candidates, but all final hiring decisions are made by humans. The score is a data point, not a verdict. You can always speak to our team.
  • --No black boxes. Each score comes with a breakdown (technical, experience, communication) so companies understand why a candidate scored the way they did.
  • --Bias mitigation. Anonymization removes names, photos, and company logos from profiles. We regularly audit our scoring model to ensure it evaluates skills and experience, not proxies for demographic information.
  • --GDPR compliant. Candidate data is stored securely, processed only for recruitment purposes, and can be deleted on request. We do not sell personal data.
