Is it really free for candidates?
Yes, 100% free, always. Candidates never pay anything. We make money from companies who want to unlock profiles. Your data is anonymized and you always have the right to opt out or request deletion.
How does the scoring work?
We evaluate candidates on three dimensions: technical skills (based on CV, GitHub, and skills assessment), experience depth (years, role progression, project complexity), and communication quality (writing clarity, responsiveness). The result is a score from 0-100.

What happens after I unlock a profile?

Can I get a refund if the candidate doesn't respond?
We use a mutual confirmation step before you pay. The candidate confirms interest first, so you only pay for candidates who are actively interested in your role. If something goes wrong after payment, contact us and we'll review case by case.
How often are new candidates added?

Do you handle contracts or payments to candidates?
No. InovateAI is a matchmaking service. Once you unlock a profile and complete the interview, all employment terms, contracts, and payments are between you and the candidate directly. We do not take placement fees or ongoing commissions.
