For Companies
How much does it cost?
EUR150 flat rate per candidate unlock. No percentage fees, no subscription, no success fee. Browsing anonymized profiles is completely free.
What do I get when I unlock a profile?
The candidate's full name, email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, and CV/resume. We also coordinate the first interview, typically within 48 hours.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can browse all candidate profiles without an account. When you want to unlock a candidate, you just provide your email and company name.
Is there a success fee if I hire someone?
No. The EUR150 unlock fee is the only cost. There are no additional charges if you hire the candidate.
What if the candidate doesn't respond?
We use a mutual confirmation step before you pay. The candidate confirms interest first, so you only pay for candidates who want to interview. If something goes wrong after payment, contact us.
Can I get a volume discount?
Yes. Contact us for pricing on 10+ unlocks. We offer custom plans for agencies and companies with high hiring volume.
How are candidates screened?
Every candidate is scored 0-100 across three dimensions: technical skills (CV, GitHub, assessments), experience depth (years, progression, complexity), and communication quality. You see the full breakdown.
Why are profiles anonymized?
Anonymization reduces hiring bias and protects candidate privacy. Companies evaluate based on skills and experience. Full identity is revealed only after unlock.
For Candidates
Is it free for candidates?
Yes, 100% free, always. We never charge candidates for applying, being listed, or getting matched. Companies pay to unlock profiles.
How do I apply?
Visit the Wanted Profiles page to see roles in demand, then click "I match this" on the closest role. Fill out the application form with your details, CV, and skills.
Can my current employer see my profile?
No. All profiles are fully anonymized. Companies see your skills, experience, and score -- but not your name, photo, or current employer until you agree to an interview.
How does scoring work?
We evaluate technical skills, experience depth, and communication quality. You get a score from 0-100. Higher scores mean more visibility to companies, but all active profiles are browsable.
What happens when a company wants to interview me?
You get notified with a brief role description. You decide whether to proceed. Only after you confirm interest does the company get access to your full profile.
Can I remove my profile?
Yes. Contact us at any time and we'll delete your profile and all associated data. You can also request changes or updates.

InovateAI is operated by InovateAi OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia. We serve companies and candidates globally.
What roles do you cover?
We focus on remote tech roles: backend, frontend, fullstack, DevOps/SRE, data engineering, machine learning, mobile, QA, security, and platform engineering. New categories are added as demand grows.
How often are new candidates added?
Daily. We continuously source candidates and scan the market for in-demand profiles. The catalog is always growing.
Do you handle contracts or payroll?
No. InovateAI is a matchmaking service. Employment terms, contracts, and payments are between you and the candidate directly.
