Screening & Scoring
Every candidate is evaluated on three dimensions: technical skills (CV, GitHub, assessments), experience depth (years, progression, complexity), and communication quality. Each gets a score from 0-100 with a full breakdown.
Anonymized Profiles
All candidate profiles are anonymized before being shown to companies. No names, photos, or company logos. This reduces hiring bias and protects candidates who may be job-seeking confidentially.
Demand Tracking
Our wanted profiles page shows which roles the market actively needs right now. We track hiring trends across platforms so candidates know where the opportunities are and companies can benchmark demand.
Profile Unlock & Matching
When a company finds a candidate they like, they unlock the full profile for a flat EUR150 fee. No percentage of salary, no success fee, no subscription. One price, full access.
Interview Coordination
After unlocking, we coordinate the first meeting between company and candidate -- typically within 48 hours. We handle scheduling, timezone alignment, and video call setup. After the introduction, you work directly with the candidate.
